Bill has nearly 21 years of experience in insurance. He started his career as a claims adjuster in 1990, became a sub-agent in 1992, and co-founded this agency in 2001. ‘Looking back, everything happened for a reason,’ states Bill. ‘My experience as an adjuster allowed me to learn the policies. My experience as a sub-agent taught me how to be a good agent and gave me a first hand look at how to run a successful agency. Matt graduated from Salisbury University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing. Matt worked as a sales and marketing representative for Bell Atlantic Mobile, before launching his insurance career. He has been a licensed insurance agent for over 11 years, and with the CNR Insurance Agency since April of 2001. Bruce Bain

Bruce has nearly 10 years of experience in insurance and over 15 years in benefits administration. He started his career as a programmer for the claims system for the National Flood Insurance Program. He has also worked for ING/Equitable of Iowa, GEICO, AEGON/Life Investors AND AFLAC. He was the Vice President of Human Resources for Mina Associates from 1987- 1992, has built his own company on 3 separate occasions and also served as President of 2 separate chapters of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association. All of these have led him back to his first love - serving people. In 2009 he began providing supplemental benefits to companies. Bruce believes that ‘The greatest joy I have in my business life is being able to make a difference in people's lives. I judge my own self worth based upon how many lives I can positively impact .
